Before establishing Wansbeck Plant, Michael gained a love of the construction industry at a young age while working with his grandfather and father at Owen Pugh Ltd. After going to collage to study construction plant engineering, Michael worked for the family business gaining not only a wealth of experience but also his Class 1 Heavy Goods Licence, Managers CPC Certificate &  CSCS Machine licences.
